Anne-Marie and Jon's wedding day at the amazing Godwick Hall was wonderfully intimate with a handful of family and close friends.

The Hall was buzzing with activity all morning as their three children, along with nieces, were very excited about having their hair and nails done by the talented Amanda Steed, the second time I'd worked alongside Amanda this week!

I love an outdoor ceremony! It was gloriously sunny as Anne-Marie left the Hall and headed up the aisle to marry her best friend. Pretty bridesmaids and flower girls led the way, along with a not so willing page boy!

One of the many wonderful things about getting married outdoors, is the freedom it gives your photographer to move around, capturing different angles, people and expressions!

The day was so relaxed and after the ceremony guests mingled and chatted, drank champagne and ate canap├ęs before an amazing BBQ a little later in the afternoon.

There was plenty of time for group photographs, tractor rides, relaxed candids and some stunning couple portraits. Watching Anne-Marie and Jon laughing, singing and dancing on the driveway was a particularly special moment to capture!

No first dance or speeches for them - this couple are way too chilled for lots of formalities but ..... they couldn't wait to cut (and eat) the cake!!!

I left them to enjoy the warm summers evening by the pool!

A massive thank you to the Godwick team for being super organised and helpful, I look forward to seeing you in 2018!
