IRNHAM HALL | LINCOLNSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

In all honesty I really didn't know what to expect from Natty and Paul's wedding day. After meeting them at a wedding fair in June 2016 and visiting them at their home shortly after that, our diaries didn't allow us to make time for their engagement shoot, the next time I saw them was on their big day!

I arrived at Irnham Hall to be greeted by the owners, super lovely Leila and Jamie, who were so enthusiastic to show me around their home and it's stunning grounds. Set in the beautiful countryside of South Lincolnshire, Irnham Hall is simply enchanting. With every indoor space being light and airy and the walled garden creating a magical feel, it really is the perfect venue.

Jamie very kindly dropped me off in the village at Brides Cottage where Paul was getting ready with his son Alfie, best man Duncan, ushers Paul's cousin Tom and his soon to be brother-in-law Dan. I'd only been there 5 minutes and they were trying to persuade me to drink shots with them! It was from exactly that point I knew what an epic day lay ahead!

After a couple of drinks, almost forgetting the wedding rings and much laughter the guys walked to Irnham Hall to greet family and friends.

Nat arrived in style with her Dad, Gary, driving a cracking white Range Rover. She looked absolutely, totally and utterly stunning! Her Maggie Sottero dress floated effortlessly and her bouquet - wow! I can honestly say I was blown away by the stunning collection of flowers, one of the biggest bouquets I have seen, Pollen Designs are seriously talented florists!

Nat had spent the morning getting ready with her lovely Mum Cath, her and Paul's gorgeous little boy Charlie and her bridesmaids and best friends Caz, Lisa and future sister-in-law Sadie. Amy Verrral, Leahann of Lily's Boutique and the Harmony Rooms in Stamford and all played a part in making these ladies look even more gorgeous than usual.

Nat & Paul were married in The Orangery in front of their closest friends and family with the biggest smiles and lots of giggling!

With no formal photographs on the agenda and joined by Paul's beautiful daughter Lois, we enjoyed capturing relaxed bridal party images and couple portraits before heading to the Walled Garden and Summer House. They had all afternoon to chat with their guests, enjoy drinks and dodge the heavy downpour just after confetti!

It's always lovely to see Sarah and Jaya, aka the Chapel Hill Duo at weddings. Their music is wonderfully versatile and brings something unique to the day.

We took this opportunity for some fun bridal party images, family photographs and Charlie even gave me a hand taking some photos of Mummy & Daddy!

The Summer House looked stunning with it's vaulted ceilings dressed with beautiful lanterns from The Hanging Lantern Company, table centre pieces, place names and vintage cups and saucers looking elegant.

Speeches were filled with love, laughter, hugs, tears .... lots of happy tears!

Everyone headed outside after a super scrumptious afternoon tea style wedding breakfast by Jeeves Catering to play lawn games, try not to get stuck in massive deckchairs and enjoy the evening sunshine.

We were treated to a magnificent sunset and spent some time wandering out in the beautiful countryside to make the most of the amazing evening light catching the trees, long grass and the love this couple so obviously share.

What a day! It was, as I suspected that morning, an epic day indeed!

Thank you Natty & Paul (aka Foxy, aka Foxman, aka Space Nerd), all of your guys and gals, your parents and family and friends, all of you lovely, lovely people for a truly fabulous fun and love filled day xx
