Summer wedding photography at South Farm

Rosie is unique and Sam is her rock. The bond between, not just them, but these two families is incredible.

It was a morning of sheer delight as bride Rosie, experiencing a mixture of excitement and emotion, got ready to marry her childhood sweetheart. Her family and closest friends in her bridal party, all there to share the laughter and fan away the tears.

I knew this would be a stylish wedding and I was spot on the money! Rosie looked incredible in her two piece set, complete with a beautifully detailed hair accessory and full length veil. The latter got swapped out for a mini veil in the evening, to ensure maximum movement for crazy dancing could take place!

A personal message on your wedding day

Rosie had pre-recorded a message for Sam, that was played just before she walked with her Dad.

We haven’t got the wedding rings!

The registrars were very relaxed and completely embraced and encouraged Rosie & Sam’s energy and excitement. They were only too happy to join in when Rosie announced to their guests that the wedding rings had been hidden under a chair. All guests were required to look for them, what a hoot! It was an Aunt of Sam who found and delivered them, becoming an unsuspecting part of their ceremony.

Wedding reception at South Farm

There was lots of time for confetti, drinks reception, group photos and couple portraits before everyone headed into the barn for speeches and the wedding breakfast.

A little extra with the Quiche wedding ceremony

As is the way with this wedding, there was a little extra, before moving into the evening. Rosie’s dad Alan is a proud Scotsman and led the drinking from the quaich ceremony, to embrace values of trust, connection and togetherness.

Into the evening at South Farm

We had been bathed in golden sunshine all day and we took the opportunity to get the last few moments of the sunshine for some couple photos, before heading inside for the first dance and lots of dancing.

Cambridge College Wedding

The Friday before Christmas was a beautiful day to wander the garden at Emmanuel College, that means so much to Christine and Matthew. After a while walking, talking and having some couple portraits, it was time for them to read the personal vows that had written to each other. There wasn’t a breath of wind, everything was still as they exchanged words. A special time.
