HOW TO BOOK
LET’S CHAT
If you’d like to work with me, please email me directly or fill in my contact form. I can check if I have your date free; if I’m available we can arrange a time to chat that suits us best.
This can take place in person or online. It’s your opportunity to tell me all about your wedding day plans and I can tell you about how I work and what you can expect from me, my style and my stunning albums.
This time allows us to establish if we are a good fit for each other.
Having decided to work together, the next step is to secure your wedding date with me. This is super easy, I require a £350 deposit and completed booking form.
Now you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that your special day will be captured and you will have beautiful images to enjoy forever.

PRE-WEDDING SHOOT (INCLUDED AND OPTIONAL)
ENGAGEMENT shoot
Usually around four to six months before your wedding day, this is a perfect practice run for you in front of the camera.
Not everyone decides it’s for them but, you will get to see how I work and you will find out in advance how things will be on the big day itself. It’s perfect for me too, as I get to know you better, discover what works best for you and I love to have an update on your latest plans.
Before the shoot takes place, I will send you a helpful information sheet answering the questions I get asked the most; what to wear, where can your shoot take place, what days are available and if you can bring your dog along (of course you can)!

IT’S SPREADSHEET TIME!
Planning is key to make your wedding day stress free
Approximately ten weeks before your wedding day, you will receive an email reminding you that it’s almost time to pay your balance.
Attached to this email will be a spreadsheet for you to complete with all of the information I need for your wedding day. This will ensure I know who’s who, where I need to be, detailed timings for your day and which group photographs you would like me to capture.
On the day itself, you will know exactly what to expect from me, because we’ve been super organised in the lead up to your wedding, leaving you free to enjoy every second of your day with your family and friends.
 Couples tell me I put them at ease and I make creating natural looking images easy. It makes me proud to give you emotive photographs, that will stand the test of time and still look great when you show future generations.

THE MOMENT YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
When you’ll see your images
Within two to three days of your wedding I will post a small selection of images from your day to my social media pages for you to enjoy share.
Your full collection will be uploaded into your password protected online gallery within four to six weeks.Â

YOUR MEMORIES
FOLIO ALBUMS – fully sustainable and made in the UK
You will receive all of the information you need to make your album choices. From advice on how to choose the images you love the most, to helpful tips on which cover options would compliment your wedding, to showcase it at it’s very best.
I offer Folio albums exclusively for a number of reasons. They are truly unique, handbound in the UK using sustainable sources for materials they are pure works of art.
Your album will arrive in an eco craft presentation box and a natural cotton slipcase.Â
Once you open up your album’s outer layers you will be greeted by the luxury cover containing the words that you took time and care to choose. You will have chosen your cover material from leather or cotton.
The album opens out flat leaving a discreet, almost invisible crease to enable you to showcase your images across two pages. The matte-finished, cotton fine art paper gives sharp definition while being gently textured and warm to the touch. Archival inks and glue are used so they won’t discolour over time.

SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED
What’s covered in a full day package?
I’ll start 2-3 hours before your ceremony and leave after your first dance. If you think you’d like me to stay longer, I’m totally happy to and we can have a chat about it.
How do we book?
You can secure your date with me by paying a £350 booking fee and filling in a booking form. Then grab yourself a drink and celebrate! Your balance is due two months before your wedding date.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
I have three cameras, a range of lenses, flashes, lots of batteries and memory cards.
Do you only cover Cambridgeshire?
No, I love to travel. Some accommodation costs may apply for big distances, but I keep these low.
Can we meet you?
Of course! I offer a no obligation consultation meeting. We can chat about your wedding plans and what you’d like from your photographs. We can find out if we are a good fit for each other.
How long until we see our photographs?
Your photographs will be ready to view in your online gallery within 6 weeks, usually sooner. I know you’ll be super excited to relive your day through your images and I’ll get them to you as quickly as I can.
Do we have to take up the free pre-wedding shoot?
No you don’t, it’s personal choice.
