Norfolk micro wedding – on a rather wet day!
It’s fair to say that Jade and Dan had been forced to change their wedding plans on more than one occasion, but they were determined to get married and get married they did!
With a handful of family and their closest friends, they married at the beautiful Assembly House in Norwich, on what has probably been one of the wettest days so far in 2020. Nothing could dampen their spirits though, everyone embraced the day and did their bit.
Jade’s uncle drove them to her parents beautiful cottage after the ceremony, where the atmosphere was amazing. Food platters were being prepared in the kitchen while Jade’s brother was busy ensuring the tent in the garden wasn’t going to blow away!
Jade and Dan had made a really cool banner for the garden and Jade had made the stunning bouquets herself. Even though the wind was blowing and the rain relentless, we had a walk down the lane outside the cottage for some lovely couple portraits.
The ‘tent’ looked beautiful, set up with eucalyptus, a stunning cake by Beth Haxby, candles burning and the huge amount of wonderfully presented food.
Thank you to Jade & Dan for working with me to retain me on your wedding day and also, to your family and friends who were all so lovely and kind to me.
